Obituary of Hazel Esch
Passed away at Grand River Hospital on Thursday January 10th, 2013, age 80. Loving wife of the late Stewart Esch. Caring mother of Matthew, wife Carol Esch, and Michele Esch. Grandmother of Dan (late Christine) Fries and Heather (Joe) Revere. Great grandmother of Hayden Fries; and Austin, Aralynn and Brianna Revere. Survived by sister Junne (Stu) Crouse, brother in law John Hynd and sister in law Vera (Paul) Snyder - Weber. Will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by parents Harold and Ella Beatrice (nee Watt), brothers Doug and Stan, sisters Dorothy and Shirley, and parents in law Florence and Clayton Esch.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Hazel with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Sunday January 13th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Visitation will than continue at St. Matthews Evangelical Lutheran Church, 131 Flaxmill Dr, Conestogo, on Monday January 14th , from 10am until the funeral service at 11am, with Rev. Monika Wiesner officiating. Burial to take place at St. Matthews Lutheran Cemetery, Conestogo. Reception to follow in the church hall.
