To Dorothy and all of Helen's family,
So sorry I was not at home to attend Helen's funeral service. I will always remember her as a great bridge player and a good friend. The news brought back memories from 1960 when Helen & I took off on a road trip to Mexico in my little red Renault. My mom was very concerned about 2 young ladies setting off on a trek like that by ourselves. We had a great time and did have to wiggle our way our of a few uncomfortable situations. Driving in Mexico City even then was a major challenge so we parked the car at the hotel and took a bus tour to Acapulco. Oh the joy of youth!
I will always remember Helen as a special friend. May she rest in peace.
