I have so many memories involving Bryan and his playful way with Sam, Mandy, Liam and with Annie. Bryan adored his sister and loved his parents. His art was in his ability in making everyone who meant anything to him to feel welcome, important, loved.
My thoughts and memories of Bryan always bring a smile to my face. Christmas' spent with the whole family (where one project or another was taking place inevitably involving Bryan and power tools); spring and fall visits to the Foy's home on Westmount (inevitably involving Bryan, a 2-stroke engine and power tools); summer time at the Foy cottage (inevitably involving Bryan, water, a boat..........and some power tools). These and many more memories will forever remain dear to me.
Bryan's spirit will forever live on in those he touched.

My deepest condolences to Bryan's family and friends. I will remember his genuine and ever-present smile. He seemed to exude an enthusiasm for life - it just radiated from him. It is with great saddness that I have been informed of the passing of a man who touched my life in a brief but yet profound way. I can not begin to imagine the loss that will be felt by the many people whos lives were touched by Brian, not to mention his family and the many friends who loved him dearly. The news of this horror weighs my heart and leaves me with a profound saddness that I cannot begin to comprehend. For his daughters Sam and Mandy, who I remember as beautiful little girls playing and laughing as all children should and his son William, whom I never had the pleasure to meet. I hope that you can allow the memories of your fathers life with you to outshine the tragady of his passing and hold these moments close to your heart, they will help you heal through this unimaginable loss. Now is the time to surround yourself with each other and touch and reach out to your family and friends, there love will assist and help you strugle through this catastrphic time. As for myself, I have allocated a location in my own mind to hold my memories of Brian close. I will not forget his generosisty, his lust for life, and our shared love of the paddle. We're still finding it hard to believe that Bryan is gone and can't imagine how you are all feeling. In all seriousness we will miss hearing his music and his muffler, his ax and his ATV. Having been neighbours for 7 years you get used to knowing someone will be there if you need a hand and that someone was always Bryan. He took in our mail and mowed our lawn when we were away - and we never needed to ask, he just did it. Because that is the kind of person he was. We'll miss seeing the girls and Liam as they continue to grow into beautiful adults. Teagan will be clamouring to show Bryan her new spring rain boots and the dogs will be trying to get into the yard to see him and Coal. Our thoughts are with you at this difficult time.
