Obituary of Roy Dahmer

Roy Austin Dahmer 1928 - 2013 Peacefully passed away at home on Wednesday, June 19th, 2013. Roy was an active local businessman, Past President of Dahmer Steel, supporter of Junior Achievement, the Kitchener YMCA and member of the Probus Club. Roy was also a duplicate bridge player with his wife Betty Louise Dahmer who predeceased him in 2008 after being married for 54 years. Loved father of Chris and his wife Sue. Loving grandpa of Jana and Alec. Will be missed by his caregiver of seven years Tess Corpus. Friends are invited to a memorial visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Wednesday June 26, 2013 from 7-9 pm. A memorial reception will then be held at the Westmount Golf and Country Club, 50 Inverness Drive, Kitchener, on Thursday June 27, 2013 from 4-6 pm with some words of reflection starting at 5:15 pm.
