Obituary of Harold Roth

On Thursday, July 18, 2013. Harold passed away peacefully at home in the arms of his loving wife of 64 years at the age of 87. Survived by his beloved wife Edelgard. Loving father of Don and his wife Kathy and Brian and his wife Jackee. Cherished Opa to Chris (Brenda), Leanne, Alex, Halley, Emily and Ur-Opa to Aiden and Nolan. Also missed by a niece and nephews in Germany and Canada. Predeceased by his brothers Paul (Else), Eric (Rose), Rudolph (Mary), Kurt and sisters Ilse (Paul), Melanie (Herbert) and his parents Otto and Anna Roth. Special thanks to the St. Mary's Cardiac Clinic, the St. Mary's Cardiac Rehab, the CCAC, Dr. Donna Ward and special angels Celeste and Jessica. Friends are invited to share their memories of Harold with his family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Sunday, July 21, 2013 from 2-5p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday, July 22, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Wendell Grahlman presiding. Cremation will follow and a private family inurnment will be at Parkview Cemetery.
