Obituary of Reta Brandon

Passed away peacefully surrounded by family at The Westmount Long Term Care Residence, Kitchener on Thursday, July 25, 2013, at age 92. Beloved wife of the late Harry Brandon (2008). Loved sister of Alice Elvy (Donald) and Delores Petznick, and sister-in-law of David Brenneman. Reta will be fondly remembered by her nieces, Elizabeth, Cathy, Mary, Penny, Susan, Nancy, Jane, and Lisa, nephews-in-law, Dennis, Daryl, and Kelly and their families. Predeceased by sisters, Betty Hertzberger and Miriam Brenneman and brothers-in-law Randall Hertzberger and Vern Petznick. Reta loved being a florist for many years and the friends she made throughout her life. Reta cherished her life with Harry, their home together and the many wonderful car trips they took through the years. Reta's family would like to thank the staff at Winston Park and The Westmount for their loving care and kindness. Friends are invited to share their memories of Reta with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Monday, July 29, 2013 from 10 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. The funeral service will follow in the chapel at 11a.m. with Rev. Wendell Grahlman officiating. A reception will then be held at the funeral home followed by interment in Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo.
