Obituary of Henry Spicer
Ted passed peacefully after a brief illness on Friday, July 26, 2013 in his 90th year at Freeport Health Centre, Kitchener.
Predeceased by his beloved wife of 58 years, Doreen; his son, Jim; and his brother, James.
Loving father to Kim Spicer (Jack Dunn). Proud grandfather to Mandy (Steve Hesselink), Amy and Taryn Spicer. Also survived by daughter-in-law, Debbie and sister-in-law, Eileen.
Ted was born on May 20, 1924 in LeRoy, Saskatchewan. He served in the Second World War with the R.C.A.F. After the war, Ted began his career with Ontario Hydro and worked there until his retirement.
Ted's family would like to thank his many caregivers for their support and compassion.
Cremation will take place and a private burial will be held at a later date.
