Obituary of Pauline Lorenz

Pauline Lorenz of Waterloo passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2013 in her 103rd year surrounded by the love of her family. Pauline passed away peacefully to her eternal home in heaven to be greeted by her Lord. Loving mother of Hilda. Predeceased by her husband Adolf of 62 years (2001), and her parents John Adelman and Pauline (nee Kalk). Survived by many nieces and nephews. Pauline was the eldest and last remaining sibling of original 13. Pauline was a faithful long-time member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Kitchener. Pauline's family will receive friends for visitation at Holy Cross Lutheran Church on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. with a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Roger E. Winger and Rev. Nolan Astley officiating. Following the funeral service friends are invited to join the family in the church hall for a time of fellowship and refreshment. A private family interment will be held at St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery, Kitchener, at a later date.
