Obituary of Janis Rayner

Passed away peacefully, at Lisaard House, following a brief battle with cancer, on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at the age of 70. Janis is survived by her husband of more than 50 years, Harry Rayner, her mother Catherine Allmand, daughter Susan (Don) Cable, son Kevin (Tracy) Rayner and daughter Wendy Rayner, as well as six grandchildren: Scott, Megan, Jennifer, Tori, Sarah and Samantha. Janis was born in Edinburgh Scotland and came to Canada with her family in 1968. She was a Real Estate Agent for more than 30 years in Kitchener Waterloo. The family wishes to extend their thanks to the Oncology staff of Grand River Hospital and the staff of Lisaard House for the excellent care and compassion shown to Janis. At Janis' request, no funeral will be held.
