Obituary of Henry Martin

Passed away at Parkwood Mennonite Home on Wednesday August 7, 2013 at the age of 91 years old and the last of his family. Henry Martin, loving husband of Marcella Martin (nee) Schwartzentruber. Dear father of Cindy Curtis (Greg) of Beijing China. Stepfather of Gwen Graber (Terry) of Indiana, Barry Roth (Phyllis) of Conestogo, Chuck Roth (Mary) of King City. Grandfather of Max, Ethan, Alana, Lucas, Justin, Jonique, Nicholas, Connor, Aislin and 8 great-grandchildren. Father-in-law of Bob (Jane) Martin. He will also be remembered by his brother and sister in laws and extended family. Predeceased by his parents Isiah & Nancy Martin. His 1st wife Irene, his children Linda Martin, Susan Martin and Nancy Snyder. Also predeceased by his siblings Eli (Laura) Martin, Manasseh (Minerva) Martin, Mary (Ivan) Brubacher, Susanna (Ben) Sauder and Lavina (Jake) Brubacher. Henry was a dedicated employee of Martin Tile for well over 30 years and was known as "Office Henry" Friends are invited to share their memories of Henry with his family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday August 11, 2013 at Waterloo North Mennonite Church, 100 Benjamin Rd Waterloo. Pastor Ardith Frey officiating. Reception to follow in the church hall.
