Obituary of Douglas Lorentz

Doug passed away on Monday, August 19, 2013 at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, at the age of 73. He is survived by his beloved wife Diane, to whom he was married for 52 years. Dear father of Kevin & Pam Lorentz, (Chad, Whitney and Zach); Dineen & Jim O'Kane, (Emmett, Connor and Nolan); Pam & Kevin Zehr, (Tyson and Maddy); Trevor & Joanne Lorentz, (Taylor, Holly and Cameron); Nikki & Kevin Asselin, (Jordan & Jacob), Craig & Anjali Lorentz, (Evan and Kyan). Doug is survived by his siblings Joe, Mary Lou, Bob and Shirley and his in-laws Don, Carol Ann and Peter, David and Karen, Paul and Jann, Terry, Lorne, Brian, Rosemary, Barb and Betty Gail. Predeceased by his parents Clarence and Helen (nee Flannery) Lorentz; siblings Sandra, Gerard and Kenny; brother-in-law Fred and sisters-in-law Connie and Carol Anne. As per Doug's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family funeral mass has been celebrated.
