Don and I spent one year of our young lives travelling back and forth to Rockway Memmonite School to complete our Grade X11 education. I grew to love Don as a wonderful friend and confidant. His sister Marilyn and I were best friends from a very young age and the Pride family as a whole remain to this day a wonderful memory. My husband Jan and I send our deepest sympathy to all who knew and loved Don.

I am Don's baby sister, just one year younger than he. We spoke often of our love for each other in telephone conversations. Chris and I spent a few days with Don at his home and they were the most delightful days of our lives. He drove us all around Kitchener and Waterloo, stopping and talking about memories of years gone by. He was so brave, never talking about his pain and suffering due to his 'Brittle Bones'. He will be missed and never forgotten. May the peace that passeth all understanding be with you, Michael, Cassandra, Terry, Kyle and Casey!
