Cathy was a great friend and co-worker. We shared many years working together and lunch times having laughs and good times. We will remember her love for her family, cats, gardening, cooking, nature, beach walks and how interested she was in our lives and families. Miss you Cathy.

Aunt Cathy, you will be so very missed by all the Maciaczyk family. You were only a few years older than me, but still I looked up to you with such respect. Was it you who gave me a love of gardening, fine pottery and amber earings? You were always such fun at family get togethers, and when I think of it, it is your awesome laugh I will miss the most. So sorry to hear of Cathy's passing. I worked with Cathy at the radio station years ago (before she married Stan). I can still remember the first day she came to work there - she turned a lot of heads. We worked hard but did a lot of partying to make up for that. She was always so much fun and game for anything. When we moved to Dunsford Stan and Cathy came up and we went on a canoe trip - lots of laughs. Although I haven't seen Cathy much over the years we still kept in touch. She always looked on the bright side. Jim and I send our condolences to Stan and all Cathy's family.

Last week I couldn't sleep and went surfing some songs on You Tube. One I watched was Hymns to the Silence, by Van Morrison. It was full of beautiful photos of nature and I thought that Cathy would enjoy all the beautiful scenery matched with the words and music of one of her favourite singers. I never heard back from Cathy but now you are listening to music all day long. When I hear Hymns of the Silence I will remember you and your googly eyes, your paddle that you would punish sales people with who entered orders wrong, but mostly I will remember your love for life, nature, your kindness and smile. Enjoy your Hymns to the Silence Cathy and may there never be any dead air and make goods required!

Cathy was a wonderful coworker and lovely woman I remember her being terribly excited when my youngest daughers cat had kitten....always wanting an update! And chastising me if I said anything nasty about cats. She was an absolute pleasure and will be missed. Our condolences to Stan and the rest of the family That includes the furry ones

Cathy Mac was a beloved co-worker and friend to all that crossed her path over the years at CKCO, KooL 105.3 and 99.5 KFUN. She will be missed. Her extended work family sends thoughts and prayers to her husband Stan and the rest of her brothers and sisters. Cathy was very passionate about gardening so we know for sure that Heaven will have perfectly manicured gardens from this point forward. Rest in Peace Cathy and God Bless.
