I remember Robin fondly after meeting him thru his brother Tim in the early 70s. Tim and I worked in radio and once in a while this much more shy and quieter member of the Wight family would visit the all-night show. During the early 70s Robin often visited our "hippie house" and joined in our parties. Over the following decades I kept running into Robin at various artsy events. When he began keeping a table at Kitchener Market it was always a Saturday treat to stop and chat (and sometimes buy) some of his imaginative and clever art works. In 1996 when a number of us arranged a picnic to remember Tim, it was a highlight wheh Robin agreed to come. We all went out for a feast afterwards and I was delighted that the chair arrangement placed me next to him----I loved his quiet and wry sense of humor. As happens in a lot of lives, intentions to stay in touch didn't always become actions and I regret very much now that it has been about 5 years since I talked to Robin. Sarah: I would like very much to chat with you sometime about your dad. Please contact me at e address above or at 519 742 49 90. -rych
