I remember Myrtle as happy and always going outside to go for her walk and using her ski poles as she walked around the yard. We talked about the giant pumpkins that Myrtle was going to keep an eye on for us and let us know how big they were getting. We also discussed the poor pathetic Leafs and all their problems. I remember her always with a smile on her face and the cutest little chuckle. She spoke her mind and rode her exercise bike in front of her window. She pulled out Arnies chair at meal time so that he could use it to assist him to reach the table. She was a sweetheart and a part of our family.

Sincere sympathy to your family. Myrtle was a very dear and gentle soul, quiet and thoughtful who gave a lot to her community. I met Myrtle when I started working at HHCSI and she was a Meals on Wheels Volunteer. Sometimes when Helen wasn't able to drive, I delivered Meals with Myrtle. You must be very proud of her contribution to others - she must have delivered hundreds of meals! She was a wonderful gift and we will miss her.
