Obituary of Edeltraud Fraser

Passed away peacefully at Lisaard House, on Friday, October 25, 2013, at the age of 77. Predeceased by husband James Fraser in 2008. Loving mother to Neil and his wife Maureen of Waterloo and David and his wife Darla of Orangeville. Cherished Oma of Graeme, Liam, Richard and Ian. Remembered by a sister, Irmi Schernus and her husband Heinz, sister-in-law Waltraud Gorholt of Germany and sister-in-law Jill and her husband Fred Fleischer of Oakville. She will also be missed by many friends, nieces and nephews in Canada and Germany. Predeceased by her infant son Ian and by a brother, Wolfgang Gorholt. The family would like to extend special thanks for the remarkable caring service provided by the Lisaard House. Friends are invited to share their memories of Edel with her family during a memorial service at the Church of the Holy Saviour, 33 Allen Street East on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. with the Venerable Peter T. Townshend officiating. In keeping with Edel's wishes, cremation has taken place. Reception to follow in the church hall.
