Obituary of Shirley Huber

Passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on Sunday, November 10, 2013 at Freeport Hospital, Kitchener at the age of 78. Loving wife of Lorne for 58 years. Dear mother of Brenda (nee Huber) and her husband Terry Kirkby and Craig and his wife Cheri Huber. Beloved grandmother of Ryan and his wife Rachel, Tyler, Brett, Chad and Cara. Shirley will be fondly missed by many cousins. Predeceased by her parents Walter and Delphine Mansz. Shirley was a long time member of St. John's Lutheran Church. She volunteered many hours with the Lutheran Women of St. John's, Coffee Hour and the library. Friends are invited to share their memories of Shirley with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Thursday, November 14, 2013 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at St. John's Lutheran Church, 22 Willow Street, Waterloo on Friday, November 15, 2013 at 11 a.m. Reception to immediately follow in the fellowship hall. A private family interment at Parkview Cemetery.
