Obituary of Margaret Jordan

Passed away peacefully in her sleep at the Westmount Long Term Care Centre in Kitchener on Sunday, July 6, 2014, at the age of 90. Beloved wife of Bob Jordan for 61 years. Loving mother of Cathy Rowe and her husband Fred and Paul Jordan and his wife Helga. Grandma to Heather and her husband Paul, Mike and his wife Amanda, Kelly and her husband Joe, Broderick, Isaac, Mariah; and Great-Grandma to Bryce, Spencer, Merissa, Madelyn, James, Joey and Abigail. Peggy is also survived by her younger brother, Walton Moir and his wife Barbara. Predeceased by her parents, Ernest and Edith (nee Roebuck) Moir and her twin sister, Betty Mackness and her husband Harold. Peggy's family will receive relatives and friends at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Friday, July 11 from 2-4 p.m. The funeral service will be held at First United Church, 16 William St. W. (at King St.), Waterloo on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Kellie McComb officiating. Interment will follow at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo and a reception will then be held in Hilliard Hall of First United Church.
