Obituary of Catherine Hill

Hill, Catherine Jacklyn (Kay) Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at the A.R. Goudie Eventide Home, age 86 years. Beloved wife of 61 years to Joseph James Hill (J.J.). Loving mother of Jim (Anna) and Cam (Iona). Grandmother of Michael and Christine. Great Step-Grandmother of Liz (Rob) Chirico and great step grandchildren Charlie, Caleigh and Cooper. Kay was a longtime employee of the University of Waterloo in the Chemistry Department. She was also a lifetime member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the KW Naval Club. Friends are invited to share memories of Kay with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home 171 King St. S., Waterloo today (Thursday) August 21, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The memorial service will take place in the chapel of the funeral home on Friday, August 22, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. Cremation has taken place. Reception to follow at the KW Naval Association 315 Weber St. N., Waterloo at 1p.m. following the service.
