Obituary of Candace Toms

Candi passed away on Friday, August 29, 2014 at Grand River Hospital, Kitchener at the age of 64. Loving mother Rebecca Fieldhouse. Cherished grandma to Allyssa, Crystal and Shane. Dear sister to Jackie Atkinson (John), Judith Ballah and James Toms (Helen). Predeceased by her sister Michele Crawford and her parents Jack and Anne Toms. Candi was a very loving, compassionate, warm hearted individual who loved her family very much. She was always sweet and happy with a wonderful sense of humour. Her warm presence will be missed by everyone. As per Candi's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral service.
