Obituary of David Corke

On Sunday March 22, 2015 peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer. David Corke, aged 65 is now rejoicing with the angels in heaven. Beloved and wonderful husband to Agnes for 32 years, cherished father of Andrea Szrejber (Kornel), Rachel Corke (Brad Wilson), and Natalie Van Engelen (Bryan). Proud grandpa of Lucy. Predeceased by his parents Edgar and Lorna Corke, parents-in-law Harry and Marie Van Nuland, brother-in-law Larry Frank. Brother of Philip (Heather) of Burlington and Andy of Kitchener. Brother-in-law to Wilma Hill (Dave), Mary McDowell (Dan), Kathy Smith (Jamie), and Joanne Ross (Bud). Also survived by several nieces and nephews, Whitmarsh cousins and relatives in England. Friends are invited to share their memories of David with his family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Agatha R.C Church, St. Agatha on Wednesday March 25, 2015 at 10 a.m., with Fr. Daniel Lobsinger C.R.as Celebrant. Interment to follow at Williamsburg Cemetery, Kitchener. Reception in the church hall.
