Obituary of William Frost

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of William Max Frost on April 30, 2015 at the Village of Winston Park. Beloved husband of Beatrice (nee Goodyear), loving father and grandfather of Brian and his son Spencer, Greg and his wife Leanne and children Taylor and Connor, Jacqueline and her husband Jeff Good and their sons, Ryan, Steven, Eric and David. Survived by his sister Barbara Wright of Edmonton and brother-in-law Lawrence (Marjorie) Goodyear of Cambridge as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Gladys Gertrude and Max Paul Frost, brother Blake (Irene) Frost of Windsor, sisters-in-law Irene Goodyear (infant), Marjorie Bryant (George), Theresa Kieswetter (Jerome), Joan Goodyear, and brothers-in-law Wilfred Goodyear, James Goodyear (Helen), Francis Goodyear, Austin Goodyear. Bill served in the Royal Canadian Air Force as a Commissioned Pilot Officer in the Second World War. He spent many years in management at Chrysler Corporation Hyland Park Michigan. Bill and his family returned to Canada in 1967 to serve in management at Budd Canada in Kitchener. Bill had a great love for sailing, skiing, golfing and curling and was a past director at the 404 Wing RCAF Association, Waterloo. A heartfelt thank you to the staff at Winston Park for their wonderful care and support. Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Wednesday, May 6 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Aleksander Mazur officiating. A reception will follow in the funeral home's Fireside Room. Interment at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo will follow the reception.
