Obituary of Anna Maria Elizabeth Van Nierop

Passed away on Saturday November 28, 2015 at St. Mary's General Hospital, 89 years of age. Loving wife of the late Peter Van Nierop. Dear mother of Martin Van Nierop and his wife Melinda Marks of Waterloo. Loving Grandmother of Claire Van Nierop (David Heffernan) and Lauren Van Nierop. Predeceased by her parents Leonardus Kraft and Therese Kraft-Hamelers, sisters Odile and Mathilde, brothers Harrie, Antoine and Hubert, survived by one older brother, Pierre, and extended family of nephews, nieces and cousins in Holland. Elizabeth was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church for many years. Friends are invited to share their memories of Elizabeth with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 from 7 - 9 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Lourdes R.C. Church, 173 Lourdes St., Waterloo on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at 2 p.m., with Rev. Edward Hughes as Celebrant. Private family interment at Holy Sepulchre R.C. Cemetery, Burlington.
