Obituary of Frederick Dzierzanowski

Passed away at home on Monday, February 28, 2011, at the age of 58 years. Fred is survived by his two sisters, Lucy and her husband Sergio Cerato, and Wanda Dzierzanowski, his nieces and nephews: Jan, Frank, Nadia, Stephanie, Kelly and Alexandra, great-nephew Shea, great-niece Victoria as well as his former wife Janet Knechtel and her family. Fred was predeceased by his parents Mieczyslaw and Olga and his nephew, Joseph. Born March 5, 1952 in Geraldton, Ontario, Fred was a creative artist and pianist. He loved the mountains, forests and his beloved German Shepherds and cats. The family is grateful to the wonderful people at the House of Friendship who were kind and caring to Fred. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph's RC Church, 148 Madison Avenue South, Kitchener on Monday, March 7, 2011 at 10:00 am with Rev. Tom Vermiglio as Celebrant. Cremation will follow.
