Obituary of Heidi Wallis

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Heidi on Friday April, 1st 2011 with her family around her. Adored wife and best friend of Tim and loving step-mother of Brandon, Jillian, Tanya and Michael. Precious daughter of Hulda Mueller and the late Oskar Mueller; treasured sister of Elizabeth and sister-in-law of Martin Hatanaka and Elaine and Jeff Wallis. Dearest Aunt to Evan, Zachary, Mark, Kate and family. Special cousin and "big sister" to Stephan and family. She will also be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her aunts, uncles, cousins and their families; her extended family and many friends. Heidi was a dedicated and caring speech pathologist for many years with KidsAbility Centre in Cambridge who loved "her kids". The family will receive relatives and friends at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St S. Waterloo on Tuesday April 5, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. The funeral service to celebrate Heidi's life will take place at Holy Cross Evangelical Lutheran Church, 322 East Avenue, Kitchener on Wednesday April 6th at 10:30am. Rev. Nolan Astley officiating. Interment to follow in Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo. A reception will be held in the Fireside Reception Room of the funeral home following the interment at Parkview Cemetery.
