Dear Family We were so sad too hear about Aunt Aleda's misfortune and her passing. What a terrible loss . She was such a great person and a beautiful spirit that will live on in the memories of her family and friends due too her loving and kind and fun nature. It was a treat to go with Aleda to the 25TH Anniversary dinner and evening for The Waterloo County Quilt Guild. Those at our table went down memory lane with Aleda as she showed us her photos of beautiful quilts she had completed over the years. I also fondly recall the days of The Sap Bucket,in Elmira when the Bearinger sisters would visit us in the store and show us their applique work.

We are saddened to hear of the sudden loss of Aunt Aleda. Our heartfelt prayers and condolences go out to the family. We have very fond memories of Aunt Aleda and Uncle Fred visiting us in St. John's, Nfld. We enjoyed Aunt Aleda's light hearted spirit and wonderful laugh and appreciated her creative talents as a quilting artist. We will miss her warmth and her compassion.
