Obituary of Janet Willis

Passed away peacefully on July 7, 2011 with the courage and joy that she showed throughout her life. Beloved wife of Burns Proudfoot. Dear daughter of Lila Willis Beach. Loved sister of Bruce (Katya) of Whitehorse, YT, B.J. Willis (David Miles) of P.E.I., and step-brother Charlie Beach of Kingston. Cherished aunt of Genevieve Loughlin, Rebecca Nicholson, Kate Willis, and Emma Willis. Predeceased by her father Bruce Willis and step-father Earl Beach. Friends are invited to share their memories of Janet with her family during memorial visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home on Sunday, July 10 from 6-8 p.m. The memorial service to celebrate Janet's life will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, 50 Erb St. W. Waterloo on Monday, July 11 at 2 p.m. A reception will follow at the Westmount Golf and Country Club, 50 Inverness Dr. Kitchener.
