It is with great sadness I am unable to attend Fran's funeral Saturday. She was indeed a hard working woman. I will always remember the beautiful dresses she made for our Sarah. One even came with a matching blue and white hat. She did everything well. The Payne family loved her Apple cake and cream puffs and looked forward to every Christmas. Remember her for the beautiful woman she was. I know only too well how difficult her disease affects the family. She is at rest now. Now it's time to begin the healing process yourselves knowing you did everything possible to keep her safe and comfortable and happy. Be proud. A tree will be planted in memory of her and your dads devotion to his garden. A very small gesture from our family to yours. Our sincere sympathy. Megan, Josh and Debbie Balston(Smith)
