Dear Duncan - So sorry to just learn that we have missed a last contact about our 'good old days'. I was seeking a way to chat about the few days we shared together when we were two of a 5-man student select team at the Prudential in Newark NJ back in the early fifties ! Pleased that you enjoyed a successful career, just regret that we hadn't talked about those things. I wonder if you ever captured the art of duplicate bridge ? !! Dear Scott and Gail and John, I offer my heartfelt condolences. I remember Dunc warmly from my days as an executive at Mutual Life. He taught me a great deal in my career. Dunc was wise and experienced (and sometimes crusty!) but always fair and forthright. I especially appreciated working together with him as two Executive Vice-Presidents under Jack Masterman from 1985-1989. My wife Judy and I would see Dunc and Harriet at social functions, including Dunc's retirement in the early 1990s. It was clear Dunc and Harriet were just right for each other.
