DAVID'S GIFT.
After we had made contact in Canada, suddenly , out of the blue, David sent me a most precious gift. It was my English ancestor tree (ahnentafel) with the earliest entry being Sir Richard Yorke and Joan Mauleverer. This wonderful information gave me a sense of belonging which had evaded me during the postwar years, moving from country to country as my parents did.
