My brother noted Lornas obituary in the newspaper and was thoughtful enough to pass it on to me. I’m so sorry to hear of the loss of your wonderful mother. I have lots of fun memories of her, and the kindness she always showed me when I’d spend time at your house. I’ll always remember her good-natured, very mild cursing at her temperamental old car, “Damn Sam”, when she occasionally drove us home from school. I hope your memories will help ease the sorrow during this sad time of loss.
