My parents (RCAF) were close friends of Meb and Shaun. I reconnected with Mrs Farrell while working at St Marys hospital and my daughter Claire met her while working at the retirement home. We visited quite often or would go out for a meal. She asked me to take her to The Emporium in Ayr which was a favourite spot for her and Shaun.
She was always gracious and engaged in life I was so pleased we had the opportunity to reconnect
