Dear Susan and Family,
With tears in my eyes and a heavy heart I am writing this note to you. Please accept my sincere condolences in the passing of your beloved mother, grandmother and precious friend.
With fondness I remember the days when Doug and Evelyn were volunteering at Parkwood Mennonite Home. They were most faithful volunteers at Parkwood for more than 20 years.
My husband and I will always remember them as a loving couple and caring friends.

Susan, Darryl & family, my sincere sympathy on our loss of Evelyn !
For many, many years Evelyn and I ushered together in the balcony of Emmanuel United Church. What a joyful time we had together. Evelyn would always remind me when we were on duty and make sure we fulfilled our duties.
In later years, Bev's mother was in Parkwood Senior's residence and we saw much of Evelyn and Doug when they volunteered in the coffee centre there.
My sincere condolences and I'm sorry Evelyn had so many challenges in her latest years. I will remember her always !
