Obituary of Andrew "Andy" Beddoe

Andy passed away suddenly on Friday, April 5, 2019 at the age of 54.

Beloved husband of Valérie Beddoe, loving father of Eric Beddoe (Sophie) and Claire Beddoe, dear brother of Tom Beddoe and Julia Beddoe, and faithful friend of Ocho the dog.

Predeceased by his parents Bernard Beddoe and Margaret Oehm.

Andy was employed by the Waterloo Region District School Board.  He was Principal and a proud Falcon at Floradale Public School.  He was delighted by the opportunity to serve others in this capacity and he worked tirelessly to create a community where every student and staff member felt included, appreciated and safe.

Andy enjoyed the company of others.  He maintained many friendships since elementary school and continued to forge bonds throughout his life.  Andy was known for his sense of humour, loyalty, and dedication.

Andy’s family will receive friends in the Ballroom at Bingemans Conference Centre, 425 Bingeman Centre Drive, Kitchener on Sunday, April 14th from 1–3 p.m.  Eulogies and memories will be shared at 3 p.m. over refreshments.
