I am saddened today at the loss of one very lovely lady, Neene!
Mary Ellen Lahn called me moments ago to tell me of the news.
I was blessed to call Neene a friend. She would tell me stories of her past as a child, as an adult, of her family. We'd go for walks in parks. Talk endlessly. Listen to music. Play games of Kings Cribbage. Enjoy tea & cookies.
She had a true joy of life filled with grace and kindness. She loved each of you very much and would tell me so.
"Those we love can never be more than a thought away, for as long as there's a memory they live in our hearts to stay."
Sadly Tim, Cyd, and family I will not be able to attend the upcoming memorial service, but do know that you all remain in my prayers.
