Professor Daviau, I am so sorry for your loss. I remember meeting your husband while I was a student of yours at WLU, and he seemed like a lovely gentleman. My sincerest condolences.

Michele, I remember house sitting for you one summer while you were in Amman. Paul was still working and staying in Toronto at that time. He took the bus home one weekend and I went to pick him up in Kitchener. As the bus pulled in, he immediately began to smile and wave animatedly as he saw me. Whenever I think of Paul, this wonderful image always pops into my head. He was always very kind to me. I remember I took him to Ted and Laurie's for dinner that evening. It is a wonderful memory.
Please accept my condolences, and know that I am thinking of you.
