I am now just reading about Ron’s passing. I remember after one March Break holiday , Ron told me that I needed to go to Savannah, Georgia. Years later, after I had left EDSS, I visited Savannah and I remembered Ron’s words. He was a kind and thoughtful man. I am honored to have shared a little time with him.

I was incredibly saddened to here of Mr. Booth's passing. He was one of my favourite teachers at EDSS - I always appreciated his attention to detail, teaching style and feedback. In fact, he was part of my inspiration to study science at a post-secondary level. Some teachers just leave a lasting impression on their students - and he was one of them! My deepest sympathy to his family during this difficult time.

I clearly remember having "Mr. Booth" for a chemistry teacher in both gr. 12 and 13 many years ago. He was a wonderful teacher and I appreciate his efforts. I'm so happy to see that others also appreciated his teaching abilities and that he got some recognition in the form of awards. He will be missed.

It is with deep sadness we are saying goodbye and very thankful to Ron for his acceptance, kindness and friendship over many years.
Forever we will cherish fun memories of Ron along with big box of beautiful wooden toys made by his caring hands and joyfully played by our son Alex. As the toys are moving into our grandson Lucas’s play room, the memories of Ron Booth are moving into next generation of our family. What a wonderful way to leave a mark – happy smiles on children’s faces!
Remarkable life by remarkable man. We are lucky to know Ron and will miss him until we meet again. Love. Natasha and Dima.
