Dear Andy,
I was so saddened to see that Lis had passed away. I was always so moved when you would take Lis to the hair salon. The love the two of you shared was so evident in witnessing just this small gesture.
May your fond memories of your dear LIs bring you peace and comfort through the most difficult of times.
My heartfelt condolences to you, Jeremy, Adam, Nathan and their families.

My sincere condolences to Andy and the Auch family. Andy was my associate teacher when I began teaching. I appreciate the great things he accomplished as an educator, but never had the pleasure of meeting his wife.
Take care,
Doug Fuerth
Lis and I first met when she would visit with family in my childhood neighbourhood on Goyeau St. Over the years we enjoyed good times with mutual friends and shared interests and advocacy efforts on behalf of our sons Jeremy and David. Alan and I extend our deepest sympathy to Andy and their sons and families.

35 years ago I met Lis and Andy when she hired me as a support person for Jeremy. Lis was always so soft spoken and kind. Adam and Nathan were just little then and it was a very busy household. She was a pleasure to work for and a very nice person. My deepest sympathies to the Auch family. RIP Lis.
With fondest memories, Cathy Laliberte (Windsor)
Andy, "lis" (as she always signed), their boys, and grandchildren deserved decades more of lis' gentle, giving, loving, wise spirit. Her loss is so very sad, and our deepest condolences to the entire family.
