Dr Fraser was my Facility Chair and Professor at the University of Waterloo. Dr. Fraser helped me transition from General Engineering into System Design Engineering to study Ergonomics. He also granted me two part-time research positions that paid me "princely sum"s (his words) of $50 and $100. These funds helped me stay in school; laughable amounts now but not then. In my first research position, we drove an Argus all-terrain vehicles together to prove how the braking system was dangerous and we flipped the vehicle to prove the problem which was crazy but pretty funny at the time. Dr Fraser was always friendly, non-judgemental and encouraging to my wife, Barbara and myself. Dr. Fraser was a great teacher, visionary and a really interesting person. His stories from NASA and about his dogs were spellbinding. My condolences to his family on your loss; your dad was an amazing person and one of my favourite professors. Dr Fraser lived a great life. Thank you Dr Fraser and God bless.
