My sincere condolences to the Palach family. The news of Randy's passing saddens my heart. I knew Randy during my formative childhood years through a friendship with his sister Bonnie. My parents were also good friends with Helen and Walter. May God's love surround you all during this difficult time.
With much love, Barbra (Bryndza) Richardsen and the Bryndza family.

Randy was a friend of mine. He was a giant in our industry. Over the last 20 years we shared a lot of challenges, a lot of experiences, a lot of ideas, a little wine and a lot of laughs - you better pay attention because sometimes that sense of humor could be pretty dry. I was lucky to know him and I will miss him.

I will always cherish our chats together and his dry, yet witty, sense of humour with me. He liked to challenge me intellectually.
One of my favourite memories dates back to when I would come visit the first week of July to launch our summer break, and Randy was in the den watching a movie starring Ellen Barkin, and Cathy was gathering snacks from the kitchen and casually asked, “Is that a dog barking?” with Randy replying with his usual wit, “No, that’s Ellen Barkin.”
He will be missed and will forever hold a special place in my heart.

We were all very fortunate to have Randy as a great friend, brother in law, uncle and we were fortunate to have worked with him also.
Randy enjoyed a good scotch with friends and a game of golf. He will be missed.

My sincere condolences to the Palach family during this difficult time.
Randy was a great friend, a great mentor and a leader to us all. He always made the time to chat, to offer his guidance, to share his wisdom and sometimes....just to listen.
I will always remember the lessons he taught me, his words of encouragement and guidance he offered.
I will miss our conversations.
Take care my friend. May you now be at peace.
Regards
John
