Erin and family,
I was shocked and deeply saddened to learn of the passing of your mother. I've know her since working in the LCBO in the mid eighties. I always enjoyed her wit and we had a lot of good times bantering back and forth over a laugh. My thoughts are with you at this extremely sad time. I hope to see you soon.

My condolences to all the O'Connors and the Hudspeth family. I remember Joanie from long ago as my friend Annie’s cute little baby sister. It is heartbreaking when the sibling chain is broken. May you be comforted by all the precious memories you have of Joanie who was so special to you all.

Our home is covered with dozens and dozens of lovely cards, letters and tributes to my dear wife that we were lucky enough to be able to read before she passed.
A couple of lines from a beautiful letter she received from her sister-in-law Kat sum up her life nicely.
"So my lovely Joanie, you see how you have enriched my life. You have touched everyone (without actually having to touch them) in so many ways, you have no idea of the impact you have made on all of us.
You do not have unfinished business, you did your job. You are a great wife, mother, sister, friend. Your family loves you.
....... I couldn't have said it better myself!

Scottie, Erin and Family , sending you lots of love and comfort during this difficult time . We thought we’d share one of our favourite memories of Joanie . We had a hot tub and to get to it from the house we built a “runway” with planks indoor/outdoor carpet , and mini lights strung on both sides . Long story short ,as we were walking out to the tub Joanie veered off it and fell into the snowbank . All we saw was her extended arm holding onto her wine glass not a drop of wine spilled . She popped up , hopped in the tub like nothing happened , classic Joanie . We all enjoyed a great laugh together in the Hot tub . We’ll look back on these memories fondly . Dave, Dave , Sierra and Sam ❤️
