We miss you a lot already dear Bud. It's said that time heals and that's comforting to know but time will never take away all of our so many special memories of you that will last forever in or hearts. You were a kind and thoughtful soul, a loving and wonderful husband to my sister, Mary, a great father and a loving cuddly Poppy ! It's been a while since you were able to come to our cottage in Quebec due to your illness but your presence there will always be felt. Your fishing kitchen at the edge of the lake still exists. The chicken hawk, we're sure, still flies over it looking for those leftover fish parts. Aggie will miss trying out those countless Bass dinners, hum, NOT ! Every time we look at the old boat, retired now because it became yours, we see you in it those many early mornings. Back and forth you went looking to haul in another days supply of Bass. You were also always fishing for that elusive Pike that Wolf insisted existed somewhere in the lake. Then one day that Pike hooked on to your pole but you weren't at the other end! You'd left it perched on a chair on the dock. The pole disappeared with that Pike, neither to ever be seen again. Wolf is going to miss his "Newfie Buddy". No idea where that ever came from as you were a Cape Bretonner born and raised . Must have been all those quirky jokes of yours. It was an endearing nickname and you always smiled when Wolf called you by that. So many memories, so many good times. We will miss you terribly. Lots of love and hugs!. Aggie and Wolf
