Dear Family
I would like to pass on my sincere condolences on the passing of my friend Sheff Alli. Sheff and I were like brothers once we met in 1981 onboard ship in Halifax and remained that ever since. He was a very honest and personable friend, who I will miss. We had many great laughs during our long voyages at sea, I hope my brother you rest in peace, till I join you, and we command the Lords navy... I have the watch.
