Condolences to the family on your loss of Edith. She was a great lady! My last memory of her will be her phone call to me on my birthday, only 11 days before she passed away yet sounding as bright and cheerful as ever. She will be remembered for bringing candies and birthday cakes to seniors' gatherings at church, for her smiling explanation, "I am of Scottish descent, but I was born in Poland, that's why I have a Polish accent!", and for always being dressed beautifully with purple being a favourite colour. thank you for brightening our lives, Edith.
