I will always remember Ron's helpfulness and support ( and with the help of his office staff)
in any shared patient situation or new cardiac problem. Also some great memories of golfing
with Ron and Sandy at Westmount and meaningful conversations.
He will be always remembered and missed.

Ron was a great doctor to work with and above all, he was an exceptional human being. The best part of working on a Monday is when he would bring in chelsea buns from Bayfield. My sincere condolences to his family.

To the Puley Family - there will be no difficulty celebrating Ron’s life of purpose and kindness. When I first came to work in KW I was the most grateful recipient of Ron’s guidance, patience and support as I found my sea legs. He was endlessly helpful to me from the beginning to end of our time as colleagues. A true gentleman personally and professionally. Relish those moments when you say or do something that was just like him and know he lives on. Most sincerely, Carolyn Campbell

Sandy and family it is with deep sadness that I learned of Ron’s passing. As a novice nurse in CCU and as I struggled to learn Echo, Ron was most patient and supportive. Much more importantly though I saw first hand his care, compassion, and skill as he cared for his patients. I also heard about his family stories, and his family commitment was to be truly admired. I am so sorry for your loss!

My heartfelt condolences to your entire family. May the sadness you are all feeling begin to lessen as amazing memories of your dad fill your heart with love. May tears slowly turn into small smiles, and memories eventually bring smiles and laughter. Thinking of you.

Dear Sandy and Family: On behalf of the congregation of Knox Presbyterian Church in Bayfield, we were so saddened to hear of Ron's passing. He was a cherished member of our Church family and we will feel his loss immensely. But we have our wonderful memories of Ron at many of our church functions and they were all fun, happy times which we have to remember and make us smile. His quiet, gentle manner and warm smile was always calming when he came to church. I pray that your family will always keep his memories close to your hearts and give you comfort as you mourn his loss and try to go on in the days ahead. He will never be forgotten by the Church family at Knox Bayfield. I know that Bayfield was a special to Ron and he was certainly special to us as well.
Prayerfully,
Brenda McLean

I will miss my favourite cardiologist, my gentle caregiver when I needed one the most. Your caring throughout my ordeal will forever be appreciated. Of course you and Sandy provided me with the utmost of pleasures in having Craig and Leslie in my classroom, two superb individuals from two wonderful parents. It is now our hope that the terribly deep hole of grief will someday be filled with so many cherished memories and good times with your husband and father. He will be truly missed.
