To Charlie’s family, I would like to offer you my sincere condolences on the loss of your Husband and Father. I had the pleasure of working with Charlie when I was Minister of Health and Community Services in NL. Charlie was committed to Seniors Issues and served as an invaluable advisor as we tried to address important issues of an ageing population in Newfoundland and Labrador.
