Dear Trudy and family,
We were truly saddened to see that Dr. Bryant passed away. He was such a caring, dedicated and knowledgeable physician who went above and beyond to treat his patients with dignity and compassion. As a toddler, I had a rather nasty cough, and apparently Dr. Bryant came by the house to check on how I was doing. Talk about a doctor who makes house calls!!! No matter what health issue we had, he always showed genuine concern for our well-being and put us at ease with just a few words. He is an inspiration to us all, exemplifying what it means to be a servant leader and a good human being. We will miss him terribly. Thank you, Dr. Bryant, for all your love over the years. God bless. Michelle, on behalf of the Delaney family (Cal, Dianne and Chris)

Dear Trudy , Bill , Adrienne and Alison We are deeply saddened by your loss of Bill. We and our kids still reminisce about Bill"s Halloween visits to our front porch. At the 2017 Octoberfest parade Bill joined our clan at curbside and we had many laughs. Including when we asked Bill to join our family photo at the parade. We will be sure to send it to you.

Dear Trudy and Family. I always felt Dr. B and I had a special relationship - he always made me feel important and that he really did care. He did house calls to my family when I was growing up, delivered our baby Brittany (I believe he stopped delivering babies after that time). Britt and I did a show with him on the "Up side of Down syndrome" on CKCO TV with Betty Thompson and he continued to keep in touch after he retired. Dr. B called me this summer to give his congratulations and support for the work I did organizing the Covid-19 vaccination clinics at KW Habilitation. We had a great conversation and caught up. He reminiced about Britt's birth, even remembering that it was at sunrise in August. He was a special man and a great Dr. I was saddened to hear of his passing. Sending my heartfelt condolences to you all. xo

I was so very sorry to read of Bill's passing in today's Record. I got to know Bill through the wonderful support that he and Trudy showed the KWSymphony over many, many years. We had some very wonderful conversations, and I enjoyed his great wit and wisdom. He said it himself when he said that he felt fortunate to have had such a beautiful, full life. My deepest condolences to Trudy and their entire family for this very sad loss.

I am so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I had the pleasure of experiencing life at the Glen with the Bryant family and both my parents were blessed to have him tend to their medical and emotional needs while at Winston Park. He was such a caring man but he also loved to have fun. He will forever be a "Glen Huron Shoe Shine Boy" in my eyes. My condolences to Trudy and the family.

Dear Trudy and family
For many years, Dr. Bill was our family's trusted physician. He and my late husband, David Brohman, also knew each other though the 'squash club' [K-W Racquet Club]. We named our older daughter Alison, not knowing then that you had an 'Allison'. Dr. Bill delivered our younger daughter, Amy, at St. Mary's Hospital. She was one of the last babies to be born there in 1989. He was a real family doctor, cradle to grave, delivering babies when fewer G.P.'s were doing so, it was almost all obstetricians doing so. I was so happy to have a kind familiar face there at the time - and at many other times....My heart goes out to you and to his children and grandchildren and all those whose lives he touched through his medical practice and elsewhere.

When I first came to town as a paediatrician, Bill referred me a sick premature 3 pound baby one night in the obstetrical/neonatal unit of St. Mary's Hospital. We worked hard most of the night stabilising the infant, so that she could be referred to the Hospital for Sick Children. Although the baby was quite ill she recovered. As she was a special child Bill and I often discussed the progress she was making. When I retired as a paediatrician in 1991, Bill arranged for her to visit me, now age 20, I really appreciated this gesture. I shall miss him. John Graham.

We are so sorry about this . . . Bill was our family doctor for his whole career in private practice. He was more than our doctor, he became a friend who cared about us. In the middle of a busy day, Bill was always prepared to chat about current issues around medical care, government health insurance or some other hot topic of the day. He will truly be missed.

I have many fond memories of chatting to Bill at our Ontario Chapter, College of Family Physicians Past Presidents Breakfasts. He always had witty stories to tell, but would also have significant insights to add to the serious issues that we discussed, regarding Family Medicine in Ontario, and helping look for ways to improve the care we could give our patients.
My sincere condolences to the family. We have lost a wonderful person, and a superb Family Physician

To Trudy and family,
I send my condolences as you grieve the loss of Bill. I first met Bill in my home in Toronto when he was on the Executive of the College of Family Physicians of Ontario and my father Dr. Carmi Warren was the executive secretary. My mother often served dinner to them after their meetings. Then, Bill became my doctor when I moved to K-W in 1972. May the memories of your happy times together bring you peace as you journey onward without Bill. Sent with my love, Margie Warren
