My memory goes back even further. I took my one & only paleontology course from Prof. Stearn back in 1975. I recall his "stern" admonition of even asking whether the tales of aliens building the pyramids & whatnot had merit. A great contribution to my appreciation of science.

Sending condolences to Patsy, Ginny and Andrew I remember well the Bridge group from my childhood years in Westmount Montreal that Colin and Mary Joan were long time members of. We last visited Colin and Mary Joan in Kitchener with my mother Marion (now deceased) back in the 90's. Mary Joan was elegant as always in her heels and lovely dress and we had a splendid lunch together. Happy memory. Heather (Kaye) Clark
