Oh no. We are so sorry to hear of David’s passing. He was always so friendly and we spoke with him almost every Sunday at Church of the Holy Saviour. We always had great chats about our daughters hockey, hockey, sports, Ned, Emma, and Isabella. I wish we had of known David was next door to us at Parkwood in Eastbridge. We have missed our chats over Covid and are very sad to hear that he was sick and that has passed away. What a great man and life! Our thoughts and prayers to you and your family! The Barton’s (David, Kelly, Taylor, Kylie, and Jamie).

Our condolences to Ann & the family. I have very fond memories of playing on the 1st. with David as wing. He constantly reminded me during the game that I should pass him the ball at every opportunity!!! He was a true team player on & off the field and a raconteur of note with plenty of humour. Derek and I are extremely saddened by David's passing. Church coffee hours won't be the same. He loved Isabella so much and was so proud of Ned and Emma. We are sitting here reminiscing about the times spent chatting. What a kind soul. He introduced me to the Israeli series Fauda and a couple of others. We are so blessed to have had him in our lives. The tall, confident, man over there in the corner with his hand in his jacket pocket. RIP. P.S. Emma, I hope you are ok. Love Derek and Heather
