Obituary of Elsie Joan Tyson

Elsie “Joan” Tyson (nee Lewis) 86 yrs old of Kitchener Ontario passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 23, 2022.

 

Joan was the beloved wife of the late John Henry Tyson. The much-loved sister of Anne Wilson and family.  The loving mother of Jill Barclay Sanderson, Cynthia Andrews, Rhonda Tyson Claus, and James Tyson.  Joan is also survived by her eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren whom she adored. 

 

Joan will forever be remembered for the beautiful poems she wrote and interior decorating skills.  Joan was immensely proud of her family and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories. 

 

At Joan’s request there will be no funeral.  A Celebration of Life will be held on a date to be determined.
